Location: Sedalia, MO

Type: Part-Time

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage

Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to focus on setting appointments for new sales leads and providing partial support to current customers. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth customer journey, from initial inquiry to project scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule Appointments: Contact new leads via phone, email, and other platforms to schedule in-home consultations for our sales team.
  • Lead Management: Follow up with prospective customers to confirm interest and maintain an organized lead database.
  • Customer Communication: Assist current customers with appointment confirmations, rescheduling, and general inquiries.
  • CRM & Data Entry: Accurately update customer information and appointment details in our system.
  • Customer Engagement: Provide a professional and friendly customer experience, answering basic questions about our services.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and production teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to project execution.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Previous experience in customer service, appointment setting, or call center roles preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls and customer inquiries professionally.
  • Comfortable using CRM software and scheduling tools.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
  • Experience in the home improvement or construction industry is a plus.

Schedule & Compensation

  • Monday, Tuesday, Friday: Full days from 12 PM - 8 PM
  • Saturday: Half-day from 8 AM - 2 PM
  • Competitive hourly wage
